Usage Guide

This guide summarizes how to use "uutmm.s (Atoms) Tobe Ware Specialty Store | Official Online Store" (hereinafter referred to as "our store"). If you have any questions, please contact us via "Contact Us" at the end of this guide.


1. How to Order

- Select Products
- Check the quantity and specifications on the product page and click "Add to Cart."
- Review Cart Contents
- Confirm the products, total amount, and shipping address, then click "Proceed to Checkout."
- Enter Customer Information
- Enter your name, postal code, address, phone number, and email address.
- Select Payment Method
 Our store supports Shopify Payments and KOMOJU (for details, see "2. Payment").
- Confirm Order
- After completing your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder.
- Shipping
- A shipping notification email will be sent when your order is shipped (with tracking number / for eligible shipments only).


2. Payment (Shopify Payments / KOMOJU)
Our store supports the following payment methods through Shopify Payments and KOMOJU:

■ Shopify Payments
Credit Cards: Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB, etc.
Shop Pay: Fast checkout with saved shipping and payment information.
Apple Pay / Google Pay: Available on compatible devices and browsers.

■ KOMOJU
Rakuten Pay: Online payment
PayPay: Online payment

Note:

Payment is prepaid. Shipping arrangements will be made after payment is completed.
Payment may be declined by the card company's review due to identity verification (3D Secure), card limit, etc.
Withdrawal dates, installment options, and fees are subject to the terms of each card company.

3. Membership Features / Login (No Password Required)

Our store uses a passwordless account system. When you log in, a one-time authentication code will be sent to your registered email address.
Please refrain from staying logged in on shared devices. To prevent unauthorized use by third parties, transferring or sharing codes/links is prohibited.
We cannot be held responsible if you are unable to log in due to email reception settings (filters, etc.). Please check your reception settings in advance.

4. Shipping, Fees, and Delivery

- Shipping Area: Within Japan (*may exclude some remote islands)
- Shipping Fees: Vary depending on order amount and region. Please check the "Specified Commercial Transaction Act" page for shipping conditions.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 1 to 5 business days after shipment (may vary depending on region, weather, and traffic conditions).
- Consolidation: Consolidation may not be possible depending on the order cut-off time and warehouse status.
- Gifts: Please check the product page for information on whether a delivery note (with prices) is included and whether gift wrapping/nosh is available.
- If an item is returned due to long-term absence or an incorrect address, the re-shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Conditions, deadlines, and shipping costs for returns, exchanges, and cancellations are provided on the "Specified Commercial Transaction Act" page. Please be sure to check before purchasing.
Damage/Defect: Please contact us within 7 days of arrival with photos (outer box, damaged area, label). After confirming the condition, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
Returns due to customer convenience (e.g., difference in image, size) cannot be accepted. Variations in ceramic color, glaze expression, pinholes, and crackling are individual differences inherent in handmade items and may not be considered defects.
Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted for made-to-order or limited-edition items after the order is confirmed.


6. Receipts / Statements

You can download receipts from the link in your order confirmation email or from your My Page (editable recipient name/item description / specifications comply with the system).
We do not handle cash on delivery, so there are no receipts issued by shipping companies. If you require a corporate name, please specify the billing name when ordering.


7. About Products (Characteristics of Tobe Ware)

Due to the handmade process and firing, Tobe ware may exhibit slight individual differences in color, glaze pooling, shading, and minor imperfections. These are quality characteristics and do not constitute initial defects.
The information on each product page regarding oven, microwave, and dishwasher compatibility takes precedence. Rapid cooling/heating or dry heating can cause damage.


8. Gift Wrapping / Gifts

Gift services are currently under preparation.


9. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. I haven't received my order completion email.
A. Please check your spam folder and promotional tabs, and set your email client to allow emails from @gmail.com and @shopifyemail.com. This may be due to an incorrect email address input or email rejection settings.

Q. My payment failed.
A. This may be due to unconfigured identity verification (3D Secure), exceeding your card limit, or an unsupported card brand. Please consider using a different card or Shop Pay.

Q. Can I specify a delivery date?
A. We will accommodate your request within the options available in the cart/checkout screen. During peak seasons, long holidays, or adverse weather conditions, we may not be able to meet your request.
Q. Is bulk purchasing or corporate purchasing possible?
A. The feasibility depends on inventory and production capacity. For large orders or custom requests, please contact us for consultation.


10. Security / Personal Information Protection

Payments are processed securely on Shopify Payments / KOMOJU, and card information is not stored by our store.
For information on our handling of personal information, please refer to our "Privacy Policy."
Login uses a passwordless one-time authentication code system. Please do not share it with third parties.
